Great picture. I KNOW Maine lobster are better!! I grew up eating them and have several friends who still lobster in Maine (took over their families businesses/boats). Think I prefer to drink my own caffeine
ReplyDeleteGreat photo and I LOVE the story. Although, I'm not sure I'd want really alert lobster. Aren't they a bit more crabby...
ReplyDeleteYikes, very funny!
ReplyDeleteIrresponsibility in fishing has always been a worry for me John, now I see they have reverted to artificial stimulants again, I thought that had been stopped when they banned aniseed as a burley, I mean gosh man what is wrong with good old expanding bait!
ReplyDeleteI know you're right. It's a bad thing... using caffeine to lure lobsters... but when you see those little guys rolling up the rim...
ReplyDeleteGiven the price of lobster I would have suspected they were using Starbucks coffee for bait though! A fun shot and story.
ReplyDeleteChuckle, chuckle! Nice shot!
ReplyDeleteHilarious, but that fresh coffee may just sway me to your side!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure it looks like Decaf to me. Great take on this theme.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo and story and I almost believed you!!
ReplyDeleteSo that's the secret to catching a great lobster. Now I know...
ReplyDeleteBo
