Signs of Spring

Yesterday I noticed the mayflowers were in bloom.

March Day

I almost titled this Spring Day but I think we will see some more snow before the end of April. The sun has been shining and the air smells great. This squirrel was very cooperative but I had the wrong lense in my camera.

After the Storm

We had a Low go through last night. So with a Spring tide, moon at perigee and a tidal surge there were some interesting waves along the coast this morning.

Tree Tops

Miller Park near Bridgewater Nova Scotia has a stand of very tall pine trees.

Road Less Travelled

A fresh new layer of snow and a sunny afternoon.

Waving Hello

We passed a baby seal today on our walk at the beach. It was sunning itself and made an effort to wave a flipper as we walked by.

Ice on Ferry

We took the LaHave Ferry on a trip to Lunenburg yesterday. There was lots of ice on the metal.
